副词quite通常不用于修饰比较级，但有一个例外，即可说quite better(指身体康复)。如：

I’m quite better now. 我现在好多了。

注意，虽然quite一般不用于修饰比较级，但却可以修饰最高级。如：

It’s quite the worst play I have ever seen. 这的确是我看过的戏当中最差的出戏。
